Frank Dinie
Executive Director
Frank joined Tuscany at McCormick Ranch in December 2005. Beginning his career in 1991, Frank’s has held a variety of management positions in senior living services — Retirement Community, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing Facility, Home Care, and Hospice.

Frank’s role at Tuscany is the day-to-day operation of the community, is directly responsible for the supervision of all staff and ensures a comfortable, peaceful and thriving atmosphere for the residents of Tuscany. Frank ensures resident satisfaction through overseeing all departments run at their highest expectation and addressing resident’s collective and individual concerns.

Originally from Ohio, Frank graduated from Kent State University. He lived in Illinois and arrived in Arizona in 1999. Frank takes pleasure in spending time with his wife and their 4 young children. He also enjoys serving at his church with children and facilitating men’s groups. Occasional he finds the time to play a round of golf. Email Frank Dinie.

 

 

 

 

Lee Harsh
Maintenance Director
Lee joined Tuscany at McCormick Ranch in February 2004. He has over 30 years experience in maintenance and has been a Maintenance Director for senior living. Lee’s knowledge in maintenance covers a variety of areas that provides an excellent resource to Tuscany.

Lee’s role at Tuscany is the care and maintenance of the interior and exterior of the community. He is responsible for all maintenance and housekeeping services and supervises the staff from each of those departments. Lee ensures resident satisfaction through maintaining the cleanliness and operation of each apartment or villa and addresses any issues that may arise while a resident is living at Tuscany.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Lee moved to the Phoenix area in 1995. Lee is married with 5 children and 9 grandchildren. Lee served his country and is a veteran of the Vietnam War. When Lee is not working on a project at Tuscany, he enjoys spending time with all of his family and when given the chance he enjoys skydiving.

 

Suzy Rhoads
Activity Director

Suzy has been with Tuscany at McCormick Ranch since its inception in April 2003. She began her career in Michigan as a secondary education teacher but found her passion for seniors when presenting a Grandparent’s program. She went back to school to obtain her Masters degree in social work and served as a social worker in senior living for over 30 years.
